- 1). Click the "Start" menu on your Windows XP desktop and type the following into the "Run" search menu: bthprops.cpl
- 2). Click "OK" and select "Add" in the "Bluetooth Settings" menu to reach the Add Bluetooth Device Wizard.
- 3). Click the check box next to "My device is set up and ready to be found" and select "Next."
- 4). Allow a list to be populated of available Bluetooth devices and click on your desired device once you find it. Click "Next" to proceed. Enter a four-digit passkey for the connection.
- 5). Allow a connection message to show up on your Bluetooth device and open the message.
- 6). Enter the passkey that you entered into your computer to complete the activation of your Bluetooth.
