- 1). Click "Start." Enter "user accounts" without quotes in your Start menu's search box and press "Enter."
- 2). Choose "Manage another account." Select the previous owner's Windows account on your system.
- 3). Click "Delete the account" and "Delete files."
- 4). Click "Delete account" to confirm this process.
