- 1). Turn off the printer and any attached devices. Remove the network cover form the back of the printer.
- 2). Insert the network adapter into the expansion slot.
- 3). Connect the printer to the network with the Ethernet cable. The cable has a connector that looks like larger version of a phone line connector.
- 4). Turn on the printer and all network computers.
- 5). Install the driver CD on each network computer. The driver CD that came packaged with the printer will allow you to share your printer on the network.
