- 1). Click the Windows "Start" button and type the word "restore" into the Search input box.
- 2). Press the "Enter" key.
- 3). Click the "System Restore" link from the "Programs" list. The System Restore utility will launch.
- 4). Click the radio button in front of the "Recommended Restore Point" option or select the "Choose a Different Restore Point" option to view more restore points. Select the desired restore point and click the "Next" button.
- 5). Click "OK" to confirm the restore point. System Restore will start the restoration process. Do not press any keys or buttons on the computer during the restoration process. The process may take some time and when finished, the computer will perform a normal boot-up into Windows.
