The multi-function ADSL/ADSL2+ tester, model A0010006, provides upstream and downstream rate measurements, error counts, modem simulation and PING and Trace testing. It also delivers digital multi-meter (DMM) functionality to test subscriber telephone connectivity and line parameters. It is compliant with RJ-11, RJ-45 and DDM connector for data exchange and is capable of a long transmission distance of up to 6.5 km.
This tester is equipped with a high resolution back lit LCD screen. Test results and line parameter measurements are easily obtained with a push of the "Auto Test" key. It utilizes voice and LED status indicators and histogram analysis. It has built-in Ni-MH rechargeable batteries allowing for 2 hours of continuous operation.
