- 1). Log in to Blogger.
- 2). Click the blue “Design” settings menu link below the title of the blog to which you want to add tab links to specific pages. Blogger opens the Add and Arrange Page elements page that contains your blog template’s design elements in a page layout format.
- 3). Click the “Add a Gadget” link in the position on the page where you want to display the link tabs; for example, in the sidebar, header or footer area of the blog. Blogger launches the Add a Gadget window.
- 4). Click the “Basics” tab in the left menu. Go to the Link List gadget toward the bottom of the window. Click the “+” icon button next to the Link List gadget.
- 5). Enter the full Uniform Resource Locator Web address of the blog post page into the “URL” field. If you don’t know the URL address, go to the blog post page that you want to include as a link in a new browser tab or window, and copy the full URL from your Web browser’s address bar. Type your preferred link text into the “Title” input field; for example, use the headline of the blog post. Click the “Add Link” button and follow the same process to add a second link. Repeat this procedure for each link that you want to add as a tab on the blog’s home page.
- 6). Click the arrow button in the “Sort” section. Select “Alphabetical” or “Reverse Alphabetical” from the drop-down menu to select the display order for the link tabs. Enter the number of links that you want to include into the “Number of Links to Show in List” input box. Click the “Save” button to store and publish the tab links to your blog.
