- 1). Click on "File," which can be found in the top left hand corner of the ActiveSync screen.
- 2). Select the "Exit" option from the pull down "File" menu.
- 3). Click on the red "X" button, which is located in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will close the ActiveSync window and exit you from the program.
