- 1). Arrange the fusible plastic beads on a heart-shaped pegboard used for holding the beads in place for ironing. Use different colors to create stripes, swirls, polka dots or any design you choose.
- 2). Place a piece of ironing paper over the bead heart when you are satisfied with the colors and design. Preheat a standard clothing iron to the medium setting, no steam.
- 3). Press the iron straight down onto the ironing paper, and iron in small circles for 10 seconds. Set the iron aside and wait three minutes for the plastic to cool.
- 4). Turn the bead heart over so that the melted side is facing down. Place the piece of ironing paper over the bead heart and iron the heart for 10 seconds. After three minutes, remove the ironing paper. Your beaded heart is finished.
