- 1). Clamp the paper roll to a work bench by placing the clamp with one end in center of the paper roll and the other end on bottom of the work bench. Tighten the clamp so that the paper roll stays securely in place on the work bench.
- 2). Mark the area on the paper roll with a pencil where you wish to cut it.
- 3). Saw the paper roll on the area you marked until you have cut through the paper roll. Make sure to maintain a straight cut as you saw through the paper roll.
