- 1). Use your tape measure to find the middle of one wall along the edge of the Jacuzzi. Mark the middle with a pencil. Use a level to make it a vertical line extending up the wall.
- 2). Use your adhesive trowel to spread tile adhesive along the base of the wall, just above the rim of the Jacuzzi and extending upward higher than the height of a tile.
- 3). Press tiles into the adhesive starting at the center line and working your way out toward the walls. Use tile spacers to separate the tiles, and to create a space between the tile and the Jacuzzi rim. Use a tile cutter to trim the tiles at the ends of the wall, as needed.
- 4). Proceed up the wall with your rows of tiles, building in a grid with the center line as your starting point. Put spacers between all the tiles. Cut the ones at the ends as needed. Do the whole wall.
- 5). Repeat for each of the other walls around the Jacuzzi. Let the adhesive dry overnight. Pull out the tile spacers in the morning.
- 6). Use a grout float (a flat rubber trowel) to apply grout over the tiles, starting at the top of each wall and working down. Force the grout into the spaces between the tiles while squeezing it off the face. Don't grout the line between the tiles and the rim of the Jacuzzi, but do everything else. Wipe up the excess grout using a damp sponge.
- 7). Give the grout a day to set. Lay a bead of caulk in the line between the bottom of the tiles and the top rim of the Jacuzzi. Let the caulk set for two days before using the Jacuzzi.
