- 1). Launch Microsoft Outlook 2007.
- 2). Click "Tools" on the main menu, then click "Account Settings."
- 3). Click "Email Accounts," followed by "New."
- 4). Click "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP." Click "Next."
- 5). Type your name as you want it displayed on the emails you send into the "Your Name" input box.
- 6). Type your complete email address into the "Email Address" input box. This should be your full email address --- for example, joe.bloggs@example.com.
- 7). Enter your email account password into the "Password" and "Retype Password" input boxes. Click "Next." This adds the account to Outlook 2007.
