Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Network and Internet Connections -> Network Connections. Right Click Network Connections and choose Repair. (Refer to Image). A small Repair Wireless Connection window will pop up. Wait until the task being performed is done. Test the exploring any browser to see if the internet connection is working. If it does not work on the next step. - 2). If you have Compact Wireless G USB Network Adapter, open the monitor. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Compact Wireless G USB Network Adapter -> Wireless Network Monitor. Once open, click Site Survey Tab and select the name of your wireless router. Enter the WEP key for connection found at the back your wireless router. Connect. It should be working. Proceed to the next step if the connection fails.
- 3). If your USB wireless network adapter is the problem, then get new one. (Ask for technical support to make sure what is really the problem and buy only if your are certain).
- 4). In order to install the new Compact Wireless G USB Network Adapter with Speedbooster or any other wireless network adapter, you need to uninstall the old one. Locate it under All programs and click uninstall. Restart your PC. To install: Insert the Setup Wizard CD into your CD-ROM drive and follow the instructions. Enter your router' s WEP for connection.
