- 1). Open the MegaDots application on your computer. Press the "F10" and "P" keys at the same time to access the Preferences menu.
- 2). Press the "B" key from the Preference menu and then select the Blazie printer from the list of braille embossers. The "Setup a Braille Device" window will then appear.
- 3). Select any changes for your Blazie printer setting -- for example, the thickness and spacing fields. Move your mouse over any field and press the "F1" key to learn more about the specific setting field.
- 4). Press the "F10" key twice to save your setup information. Select the "Yes" option to make the Blazie printer your default printer.
- 5). Press the "F7" key and your document will automatically print using your Brazier printer settings.
