- 1). Turn on your computer and allow for your Windows operating system to load.
- 2). Open the "Start" menu and open up your system's "Control Panel."
- 3). If you are using Windows Vista or 7, open the file labeled "Programs and Features." If you are using Windows XP, click on the "Add or Remove Programs" icon.
- 4). Click on the CNR program from the available list and click on the "Remove" or "Uninstall" button.
