CANON IXY DIGITAL 300 Camera is the CANON's second ultra-compact digital cameras.It'a alsobe called CANON POWERSHOT S300.This camera works with the CANON IXY DIGITAL 300battery.
CANON POWERSHOT S300 internal use of the latest low-power high-speed digital signalprocessing IC and high-performance 0.37 inches 2.11 megapixels resolution CCD imager. Youcan get 1600x1200, 1024x768 and 640x480 resolution JPEG images. Camera provides continuousshooting mode allows you to rate of 2 frames per second full resolution image capture. Itsexposure sensitivity rating of ISO 100, but in low light conditions can be improved throughautomatic gain to ISO 150.
When the camera is power off, the lens will be involved automatically inside the stainless steel body ,which is just 3.7x2.5x1.2 inches.It's a Real "pocket" camera, the weight of the camera is less than 8.5 ounces.The same as Canon's other compact camera, S300 has auto-focus assist light. Advanced TTL AiAF three-point auto-focus system, the camera can select the primary focus object automatically, even it is not in the middle of the image.Canon offers WP-DC100 Waterproof Case for the S300 specially,make sure that S300 can stillwork well in 30m water depth.
