- 1). Open the "Options" menu from the home screen on the BlackBerry; it's usually represented by a wrench icon.
- 2). Go to "GPS."
- 3). Select "Menu" from the GPS menu.
- 4). Select "Refresh GPS." The longitude and latitude coordinates will appear for the current location, ensuring the GPS function is on.
