- 1). Tap the "Manage Connections" icon on your 8530's home screen.
- 2). Tap the "Wi-Fi" option in the "Manage Connections" menu, then tap the "Scan for Networks" option. The 8530 will begin looking for Wi-Fi broadcasts in your area.
- 3). Tap the Wi-Fi network to which you'd like to connect when the 8530 displays its list of discovered networks. Type in the network's WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) key, if prompted. If the selected network is unsecured, a WEP key won't be required to establish a connection.
- 4). Return to the "Manage Connections" menu and tap the "Wi-Fi" option when you're ready to disable your 8530's Wi-Fi connection.
