- 1). Right-click on the desktop.
- 2). Click "Screen Resolution."
- 3). Click the "Resolution" menu button.
- 4). Slide the horizontal bar using the mouse until the resolution that is listed as "Recommended" is selected. Click "Apply" to change the Lenovo T61 notebook computer monitor resolution. This process will clear up the screen, getting rid of the fuzzy and out-of-focus imagery that was previously present.
