- 1). Open the web browser. Click on the word history or tools on the top of your browser.
- 2). Click clear history to remove all addresses if a history window pops up, If your browser gives you a tools menu, like Internet Explorer, click on Internet options and click delete under browsing history. This window also allows you to delete cookies.
- 3). Open the "Tools" window. Locate the security tab. Click delete and clear out cookies.
