- 1). Contact AT&T customer service at 1-800-225-5668.
- 2). Provide the AT&T customer services representative with your customer account number.
- 3). Ask him to deactivate CallNotes service from your account.
- 4). Log in to your AT&T account on the website by entering user name and password. Go to "Add/Change services" and select "CallNotes" from the list of added services on your account. Click "Disable" to remove the service.
