Repair Corrupt File
- 1). Click "Start" and type "cmd" into the search field.
- 2). Right-click "cmd" in the results list and select Run as Administrator.
- 3). Type "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) into the Command Prompt and press "Enter." The Windows operating system scans your entire computer and repairs all corrupt and missing system files. This may take several minutes.
