- 1). Click "Start." Type "regedit" in the search box, and press "Enter."
- 2). Click on the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}."
- 3). Right-click "Upper Filters" and select "Delete."
- 4). Right-click "Lower Filters" and select "Delete."
- 5). Restart the computer to complete the fix.
