Ordering Your Upgrade Media

• 1). Launch your web browser and navigate to the "Windows Anytime Upgrade" website (URL found in the Resources section).
  
  
• 2). Scroll down the page. Click the "Buy" button beneath the option "Home Basic to Home Premium."
  
  
• 3). Follow the prompts and enter your shipping information and credit card information when prompted. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for shipping.
  
  

Upgrading From Basic to Premium

• 1). After opening your newly arrived installation DVDs, set the COAs (certificates of authenticity) aside.
  
  
• 2). Place the DVD into your optical drive. If autoplay doesn't launch the DVD immediately, navigate to "Computer," then double-click on the icon for your DVD drive. If autoplay brings up a dialog box ask you to "Run or install this program," select "Setup.exe."
  
  
• 3). Click "Install Now" from the main menu. Follow the installation prompts, and enter your authentication key when asked. Be sure you enter each character correctly.
  
  
• 4). Continue to follow the installation prompts and allow your computer to reboot when asked. When the installation is complete, remove the DVD from the drive and affix the COA sticker to the side of your computer's chassis or store it in a safe location.
