- 1). Click the "Start" button in the bottom-left corner of the desktop.
- 2). Enter "services.msc" in the field above the button and click "Enter."
- 3). Find "VNC Server" and right-click on the entry. Scroll down and click "Properties." Click the "Start" button. If the button is grayed out, click the "Startup type" drop-down menu and choose "Automatic" and click the "OK" button.
- 4). Close the window and restart the computer.
