- 1). Click the "Finder" icon, followed by the user account that contains the Dropbox folder. Click the "Dropbox" folder to view its contents. Inside the "Dropbox" folder is a folder entitled "Photos."
- 2). Click the "File" tab and select the "New Finder Window" option. In the new Finder window, click the user account that contains the iPhoto library that you want to sync with Dropbox.
- 3). Click the "Pictures" folder and highlight the "iPhoto Library" icon. Drag the "iPhoto Library" icon into the "Photos" folder in the "Dropbox" folder.
- 4). Click the "Applications" folder in the "Finder" window. Hold the "Option" key and double-click the "iPhoto" application icon. Continue to hold the "Option" key until the application launches.
- 5). Click the "Other Library" button, locate the "iPhoto Library" file you placed in the "Dropbox" folder, highlight the file and click the "Open" button. The iPhoto Library is now synced with Dropbox, and the iPhoto application is still able to locate it.
