- 1). Ensure your Gateway computer has a video tuner card. Although this comes standard on many Gateway computers you can upgrade your system. You can have a TV tuner card installed on your computer internally, however an external TV card is easier because it can be connected via USB cable.
- 2). Connect the RCA cables to your Nintendo Wii. These come included with the gaming system.
- 3). Plug the yellow RCA cable into the yellow video port on the TV tuner.
- 4). Insert the red and white RCA cables into the RCA-end of the 3.5mm to RCA adapter.
- 5). Connect the 3.5mm side of the adapter into the microphone port on your Gateway computer.
- 6). Set the motion-capture device above the computer monitor. Power on the Nintendo Wii and launch the TV viewing software you have installed on the computer. You are going to see the contents of the Wii and you can begin playing it.
