1U Rack LCD Monitor: Space Saving Cost Efficient Device

Rackmount monitor was introduced to efficiently manage a user's data in various types of environments.
Available in many different models with the difference lying in the type of video supported, these unitscan range from a 1U LCD to6/7/8/9U LCD.
They can also be categorized as a Short Depth or Shallow Depth LCD and Sunlight Readable LCD.
On the basis of videos supported, they are classified as Rack mount VGA Video LCD, Composite Video LCD, S-Video, HDMI, DVI-D and Touch screen LCD.
Screen sizes can be 17", 19" or 20" with resolutions ranging from1024x768 up to 1600x1200.
The 1U Rack LCD Monitor works on plug and play functionality and does not require any additional drivers for operation.
Optional 12V, 24V, and 48V DC power is available and they are designed to be compatible with IBM, HP, Dell, SUN Microsystems, Macs and others.
A main feature of this device is its unique flip up design that allows the unit to remain open when the rack door is closed for easy viewing.
These devices have a class A active matrix TFT LCD panel with analog to digital signal converter board.
Constructed with light weight aluminum, they have a black anodized finish.
They have ball bearing telescopic slides with stopper and lock out rails preventing movement of the keyboard.
The 1U Rack LCD has a unique mechanical design that maximizes rack mountable space.
Panel button along with OSD controls that allow adjustment of Brightness, Contrast, Color, Clock, Horizontal and vertical position, Phase, Scaling, Auto config, Input select, Multi window, Clear EEPROM, OSD adjust and save are some other important features.
These devices are also equipped with agency approvals from FCC, CE, VCCI, TAA and RoHS.
These devices provide effective assistance for administrators to control multiple PCs.
Hot pluggable; these units have LEDs depicting the power status.
The latest model in this category is the one which has the Quad Screen display option that allows users to display and monitor video signals from four different computers or video sources simultaneously on one single screen.
