- 1). Pull the clean tank from the machine by grasping the indented portion of the bottom of the tank and pulling it outward. The tank is located on the upper front part of the Flip-It.
- 2). Turn the black cap on the tank counterclockwise and remove it.
- 3). Look inside the clean tank's opening for the insert. Reseat the insert so it fits securely into the opening.
- 4). Place the black cap back on the tank and turn it clockwise to secure it. Return the clean tank to its proper location on the Flip-It.
- 5). Test the Flip-It to determine whether it still leaks. If so, inspect the unit thoroughly to determine the location of the leak. Call Bissell Customer Service at 800-237-7961 and describe the source of the leak and obtain warranty and/or replacement information.
