How To Remove Scratches From Stainless Steel Clear Coat Appliances

• 1). Use the coarse side of the brown finishing pad to remove the scratch from the stainless steal appliance. Follow the grain of the metal while rubbing the finishing pad on the appliance.
  
  
• 2). Turn the brown finishing pad over. Gently rub the fine side of the pad on the appliance until the scratch fades. Avoid putting too much pressure on the pad to prevent more scratching. Use fine grit sandpaper instead of a brown finishing pad if the scratch is deep.
  
  
• 3). Clean the scratch with a stainless steel cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Use the microfiber cloth to rub the stainless steel cleaner over the previously scratched area, following the grain of the steel, until it shines.
