Routine Cleaning

• 1). Hold your eyeglasses' bridge -- or nosepiece -- between your thumb and forefinger, with the inside of the lenses facing you.
  
  
• 2). Wipe the inside of the lenses with a microfiber lens cleaning cloth, in a circular motion.
  
  
• 3). Turn your eyeglasses over, and wipe the outside of both lenses in the same manner as the inside, to remove dust and debris.
  
  

Thorough Cleaning

• 1). Place a few drops of hand soap on the inside of each lens, to remove sticky residue or spots on the lenses. Rub the lenses gently with your forefinger. Rinse the lenses thoroughly under warm, running water.
  
  
• 2). Turn the eyeglasses over, and wash the outside of each lens with hand soap and warm water. Rinse the lenses thoroughly with warm water.
  
  
• 3). Dry the eyeglass lenses on the inside and outside, with a lint-free cloth.
