- 1). Click "Start." Select the "Control Panel" and then open the "Date, Time, Language and Regional Options" section.
- 2). Click the "Add other languages" button, click the "Languages" tab and then click the "Details" button.
- 3). Change the "Default input language" setting to English and then click the "OK" button.
- 4). Restart the computer and the settings change is applied to the computer.
