- 1). Open Boot Camp Assistant on your Mac computer by navigating to "Applications," "Utilities," "Boot Camp Assistant." Create a new Windows partition using Boot Camp Assistant. Clicking "Use 32 GB" will automatically create a 32 GB Windows partition for you.
- 2). Install Windows Vista 64-bit by selecting "Start the Windows Installer" and inserting your Windows Vista 64-bit disk (the entire installation must be on one disk, Boot Camp will not work with multidiscs.)
- 3). Select the "C:" partition (also labeled with "BOOTCAMP" and "FAT 32") to install Windows on the correct partition. The remainder of the installation will run as a normal Windows install.
