High Frequency Fixed Rfid Reader/writer For Warehousing And Manufacturing

Toronto, Canada - GAO RFID Asset Tracking (www.GAORFIDAssetTracking.com) has launched this high frequency fixed RFID reader/writer for warehousing and manufacturing applications. It is also a suitable hardware solution for integration into POS systems where multiple tag reads for long sequences of items are required, such as jewelry applications, laundry management and document tracking.

This HF fixed RFID reader/writer, model 233003, operates at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. Featuring a small form factor, it provides easy installation.

Using multi-detection, it reads multiple RFID transponders compliant with ISO15693 standard at a maximum distance of 30 cm. It has an RS232 communication interface for data exchange and offers three LED status indicators.

In addition, this RFID reader is water and dust resistant with an IP40 protection rating. It provides a baud rate of 19200 bps. Moreover, it has passed CE and FCC certification.
