- 1). Right-click on the "Start" menu button and select "Properties" from the drop-down menu that appears.
- 2). Ensure that the Start menu option is selected (not the Classic Start menu option) and click "Customize."
- 3). Click on the "Advanced" tab within the "Customize Start Menu" window, and then select the "Display as menu" from the "Control Panel" option. Click "OK" to save your changes.
