- 1). Clean the marble around the crack with acetone.
- 2). Carefully apply marble cement or epoxy glue to the crack. Look for these materials at a hardware store, though marble cement will be harder to find. If you can't find it, try a marble store.
- 3). Fill in the crack and wipe off any excess cement or glue with a wet rag so it doesn't dry and form bumps around the crack. If the crack is deep and more like a hole, fill the hole with a mix of marble dust and polyester resin cement first (which you can purchase from a marble dealer).
- 4). Use colored wax to camouflage the crack once the adhesive dries.
