- 1). Turn off your television and gain access to the rear.
- 2). Examine the rear of the television and locate the "DTV/TV" cable connector.
- 3). Connect the coaxial cable from the antenna's "TV OUT" or "TO TV" connector to the television's "DTV/TV" connector. Make sure to screw in each end of the coaxial cable completely by turning the cable ends clockwise.
- 4). Connect the power adapter to the "DC IN" port found at the rear of the antenna base and connect the power adapter to a suitable wall outlet, if using a powered tabletop antenna system.
- 5). Turn on the television. Turn on the antenna system, if applicable. Extend the antennae, if applicable.
- 6). Press the "Menu" button on the remote control to display the on-screen menu. Select the "TV" menu option and then select "Channels."
- 7). Select the "Antenna" option and allow the television to scan for channels. The scanning process may take several minutes. After the scan completes, the television will display the amount of OTA channels found in your area.
- 8). Press the "Menu" button to exit the on-screen display.
- 9). Press the "Input" button on the remote control until the television screen displays the "Television" input source. Use the channel up and channel down buttons to navigate through the available channels.
