Uninstall Current Antivirus

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu, and then click on "Control Panel."
  
  
• 2). Click on "Programs," and then click on "Programs and Features."
  
  
• 3). Click on your current antivirus program, and then click on "Uninstall." If you do not uninstall your current antivirus program, it could interfere with AVG and cause problems.
  
  

Install AVG

• 1). Click on the "CNET: Download Now" link under "Resources."
  
  
• 2). Click on "Download Now."
  
  
• 3). Click on "Save File," and save the file to your desktop.
  
  
• 4). Double-click on the AVG icon on your desktop. (This icon will not appear until the file has downloaded.)
  
  
• 5). Follow the installation instructions. Once you have finished, restart your computer.
