- 1). Click the "Start" button and select "Control Panel" from the menu that opens. You can modify the settings on your computer here.
- 2). Click "Ease of Access" when the Control Panel opens; this is where you can make changes to make your computer more accessible.
- 3). Select "Change how your keyboard works" when the "Ease of Access Center" pane opens.
- 4). Check the box next to "Turn on Toggle Keys" located in the section labeled "Make it easier to type." Click "OK." Toggle Keys will now be activated.
