Internal Unlock Method for all Versions of LG ENV

• 1). Open the LG ENV Touch.
  
  
• 2). Remove the battery if the phone does not unlock. Push down the switch on the bottom of the backside of the phone. The battery will slide out.
  
  
• 3). Replace the battery.
  
  
• 4). Press and hold the "End" button on the external keypad to turn on the phone.
  
  

External Method for Unlocking the LG ENV Classic Models

• 1). Press the "OK" button, which is located in the middle of the arrow keys on the external keypad.
  
  
• 2). Remove the battery if the phone does not unlock. Push down the switch on the bottom of the backside of the phone. The battery will slide out.
  
  
• 3). Replace the battery.
  
  
• 4). Press and hold the "End" button located on the external keypad to turn on the phone.
  
  

External Method for Unlocking the LG ENV Touch

• 1). Press the middle button on the external keypad.
  
  
• 2). Touch and slide the arrow that appears on the bottom of the touch screen.
  
  
• 3). Remove the battery if the phone does not unlock. Push down the switch on the bottom of the backside of the phone. The battery will slide out.
  
  
• 4). Replace the battery.
  
  
• 5). Press and hold the "End" Button on the external keypad to turn on the phone.
