- 1). Load the concrete block into the wheelbarrow. Do not overload the wheelbarrow as the tire may flatten or you will be unable to pick up the wheelbarrow handles for moving the blocks.
- 2). Stack the concrete blocks onto the hand truck. Do not stack the blocks higher than the hand truck handle. Carefully move the blocks as the hand truck is easy to tip over, causing blocks to chip or shatter.
- 3). Roll large concrete blocks by laying PVC pipe on the ground. Push the block across the pipe, placing pipes in front of the block as you roll it across the yard.
- 4). Walk tall concrete blocks slowly across the yard. Stand the block on end. Lift one corner and move it forward. Set the corner down and repeat the process until the block is in place.
