How to Transfer My iPhone Applications Onto an iPhone

    • 1). Launch the iTunes application and connect the iPhone to your computer using its USB cable.

    • 2). Click the iPhone's name in the application's sidebar, and click the "Applications" tab in the iPhone settings window in iTunes.

    • 3). Click the box next to "Sync Applications" and arrange the icons in the home screen window to the right of the application list. Drag and drop application icons in the home screen window to rearrange them. According to Apple, the applications will appear the same way on your iPhone's home screen after they are synchronized to your phone.

    • 4). Click the check box next to "Automatically sync applications to iPhone" if you wish to have the same applications in iTunes and on your iPhone.

    • 5). Uncheck the box next to an application if you wish to leave it out of the synchronization process, and click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the iTunes window.

    • 6). Click the "Eject" icon next to the iPhone's name in the iTunes sidebar to remove the iPhone after the applications are synced to your phone.
