- 1). Click "Start" then "All Programs" then "Sprint" > Sprint Mobile Broadband (Sierra).
- 2). Click the icon that looks like a lock in the window that appears.
- 3). Enter the PIN or lock code assigned to you by sprint in the window that appears.
- 4). Click "OK" to unlock your modem.
