- 1). Sprinkle a thick layer of baking soda on the white streaks. Make the layer heavy enough that you can't see the tile underneath the baking soda.
- 2). Wet the scrub brush and scrub the streaked area with small, circular motions. The baking soda will make it hard to see the white streaks as you scrub because they are the same color.
- 3). Pour two cups of vinegar in the bucket. Add hot water until the bucket is halfway full.
- 4). Dip the mop in the vinegar and water mixture and mop the floor. When the baking soda and vinegar combine, it will foam, but it's safe.
