- 1). Measure around your head with a tape measure, and notate the number.
- 2). Cut out two rectangular strips from poster board that each measure 3 inches high, and the notated measurement long.
- 3). Decorate both strips using markers.
- 4). Curl each of the strips into a ring, and staple each ring to secure it into place.
- 5). Make a small headdress by gluing feathers around one of the rings.
- 6). Make a long headdress by stapling a 12-inch ribbon onto the edge, then gluing feathers around the ring and down the length of the ribbon.
