- 1). Click "Start" from your Windows Vista desktop, and click "Control Panel."
- 2). Click "Programs" and then click "Programs and Features" to bring up the list of your installed applications.
- 3). Scroll through the list to find an application that you'd like to remove from your computer. Right-click the application, and click "Uninstall." You may need to provide admin credentials or approve a User Account Control prompt. Windows will now remove the application from your computer, which will also remove the icon from the Programs and Features list.
