- 1). Rip out the inseam of the jeans.
- 2). Set the machine to the embroidery design of choice.
- 3). Position and place the jeans into the hoop. If the jean fabric will not fit into the hoop, place a piece of self-adhesive tear-away stabilizer into the hoop and stick the jeans to the stabilizer to embroider.
- 4). Place the hoop with the jeans under the needle of the sewing machine. Embroider the jeans. Remove the jeans from the machine and the hoop.
- 5). Reset the machine to a long straight stitch. Replace the machine needle with the heavy-duty needle. Thread the machine with the heavy-weight thread.
- 6). Pin the inseam of the jeans together with right sides together. Sew the inseam of the jeans and turn. Press the seam to one side.
