• 1). Connect your Palm Treo to your computer.
  
  
• 2). Open the Palm Desktop Software from the Start Menu.
  
  
• 3). Press the "Sync" button on the USB cable. A sync will happen. Memos as well as Calendar, Contacts and Tasks will be synced to Microsoft Outlook. Disconnect your Treo when the sync is complete.
  
  

BlackBerry

• 1). Connect your BlackBerry smartphone to your computer with USB. The software will automatically open.
  
  
• 2). Click "Organizer," then "Setup."
  
  
• 3). Click "Memos," then "Setup."
  
  
• 4). Click "Microsoft Outlook" from the list of options. Click "Next," then "Finish."
  
  
• 5). Click "Sync." Once the sync is complete you will have transferred the memos from your Treo to your BlackBerry.
