- 1). Turn on the HP Officejet 7310 if it is not already on.
- 2). Open the printer by pushing up on the center handle. The HP Officejet 7310 door automatically locks itself open when you push it up high enough for ease of access.
- 3). Press the button on the top of each cartridge latch and lift the latch to access the cartridges. If you feel that the cartridges are not working properly due to being unseated correctly, pull the cartridge out, then return it to the cartridge slot. If the cartridges are low on ink, you can replace them. Press the latch down when you have completed your cartridge troubleshooting.
