- 1). Have your logo created in the form of an iron-on patch. This can be done for just a few dollars at a graphics store or online patch store.
- 2). Heat up your iron for about five minutes until hot and place on the ironing board out of the reach of children and pets.
- 3). Place the iron-on logo in the spot you want it. Make sure it is as straight as possible.
- 4). Put a T-shirt or pillow case on top of the logo, then press the iron down on top of them for about seven seconds. Remove immediately so you don't burn the patch. Turn the hat inside out and iron it again from the other side.
- 5). Place a heavy object like a paper weight on top of the now-attached logo to add pressure while the adhesive is still settling.
