- 1). Download and burn the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor.
- 2). Insert the disc into the computer needing to be reset, and boot from it.
- 3). Press the number key on the keyboard representing the Windows partition with the locked administrator account. Press the "Enter" key.
- 4). Press "Enter" three times.
- 5). Type "Administrator" and press "Enter."
- 6). Press "1" and "Enter."
- 7). Type an exclamation, then press "Enter."
- 8). Press "q" and "Enter."
- 9). Press "y" and "Enter."

Restart the computer to regain full access to the administrator account.
